Prince Harry is once again in the spotlight for his controversial memoir ‘Spare’.
The second son of King Charles and the late Princess Diana shocked the world in 2023 when he released a scathing book about his life in the royal family. The claims include shots fired at his older brother, Prince William.
Now, some of Prince Harry’s claims about Prince William have resurfaced during his upcoming return to Britain.

When Harry wrote ‘Spare’ he was describing events from various times in his life, including when he attended the prestigious Eton College in 1998. A year after his mother’s death, he attended an all-boys boarding school and relied on William to help him settle.
However, the Duke of Sussex claimed that his older brother was far from hospitable and allegedly asked Harry to ‘pretend’ they did not know each other. He explained that Eton had become William’s refuge and “he was not prepared to give that up.”
Harry, per PEOPLEconfessed that William’s cold shoulder hurt him deeply. He described the experience as ‘a deep shock’ and claimed that without sport he would not have survived at school. The former senior royal played rugby, football, cricket and polo.

The resurfaced claims led to a wave of criticism against X, as many supported William while slamming Harry. Someone described the story as the Duke’s ‘eternal victim story’, calling him a ‘spoiled petulant brat’. Another echoed similar sentiments, to write:
“The middle-aged man-child still cries about his days at school. I’ve had some bad days at school, but I don’t stop crying about it.”
“Harry is such a petulant child. He takes everything to heart. Grow up, Harry, and be a man for crying out loud,” said one irritated fan added. A fellow critic took a shot at Harry and his wife Meghan Markle. to claim “Harry… forever the Elite Victim… He had it all and threw it away for a narcissistic wannabe.”

The Duke of Sussex sparked fresh outrage after his memoirs resurfaced, thanks to his estranged cousin. The explosion recently reported that Prince George, William’s eldest child, will attend Eton College in September.
Kensington Palace confirmed the news days earlier, ending months of speculation about the royal heir’s next move. George is currently in his final term at Lambrook School in Berkshire. Since 2022, he has been studying at the institution with his siblings, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.
Eton has a long history with Britain and is said to have trained twenty British Prime Ministers, including politicians such as Lord David Cameron, Boris Johnson and Sir Jacob Rees-Mogg. The school is expected to help William’s son prepare for his future as second in line to the throne.

Harry will return to Britain with his family for the first time since moving to the US in 2022. The news has sparked mixed reactions, with sources claiming William was among those upset about the Sussexes’ planned visit.
The explosion said a source claimed the Prince of Wales was at odds with his father, King Charles, over the Sussexes’ return. They explained that he had an “icy exchange” with the monarch at Trooping the Colour, where he reportedly learned about his brother’s visit hours before the ceremony.
The source added that William was dissatisfied with his father and believed the king made a mistake when he wanted to reunite with Harry. The Duke fell out with the royal family over their alleged treatment of his wife and other grievances.
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle offered royal accommodations for their visit

Although William reportedly did not cooperate with the Sussexes’ return to Britain, The explosion reported that his displeasure did not stop his younger brother from receiving VIP treatment. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex were offered a royal residence for their visit.
The couple have yet to accept or decline the offer, as Harry had previously rejected previous offers to stay at Buckingham Palace during his solo visits to Britain. However, the planned July trip involves him, Meghan, and their two children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.
The family of four will return to Britain for an event marking the countdown to the 2027 Invictus Games, which will be held in Birmingham. The Sussexes were seen in Britain in 2022 when they attended Queen Elizabeth’s Platinum Jubilee.
