Yolanda Hadid and real estate developer Randy Kendrick are reportedly engaged.
Sources close to the couple told TMZ On Tuesday, Kendrick popped the question earlier this week.
It is unclear how long the couple has been in a relationship.
Kendrick is the founder and CEO of Xebec, a national industrial logistics real estate platform. He is known for redeveloping large industrial properties into advanced manufacturing campuses. according to its website.
A representative for Hadid was not immediately available for comment to Page Six.
The news comes about a year after the ‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ alum quietly ended her engagement to Construction CEO Joseph “Joey” Jingoli.
“They remain friends and have nothing but fond memories of their time together,” a source told People in June 2025, noting that they split in January.
The exes met in 2017 when the former Bravo star moved to Pennsylvania and bought her own farm.
In August 2024, news emerged that the couple had gotten engaged two years earlier.
Hadid later told People that Jingoli got down on one knee for a secret proposal while they were visiting the Netherlands in her home country of the Netherlands.
Earlier in their relationship, Hadid shared that she wanted to take time to “heal” by following her lead divorce from David Fosterand met Jingoli when she least expected it.
“And so I really took my time, I didn’t want to date, I didn’t want to meet anyone,” she told People in January 2018, adding that she wanted to be an “independent woman.”
However, Hadid began to “focus” and somehow manifested a romance with Jingoli.
“I made a love spiral and wrote down exactly everything that was important to me in a man, and he just magically rang the farm doorbell,” she recalls.
She added: “When you meet someone who thought they were going to die, like I felt I was going to die, you have a whole new appreciation for life and you share that, so that’s actually already a common bond that we have.”
Although she largely kept their relationship out of the spotlight, the former model took to Instagram flowing over Jingoli during an anniversary tribute in 2021.
“All my life I’ve prayed for someone like you!!” she wrote alongside a collection of loving photos.
“Thank you for being such a bright light in my life, the calm in my storm and for being the most honorable man I know,” she continued. “Happy 2 year anniversary Joey Jingoli, I love and appreciate you.”
Prior to her relationship with Jingoli, Yolanda was married to Mohamed Hadid from 1994 to 2000 and to Foster from 2011 to 2017.
She and Mohamed share supermodel daughters Gigi and Bella, as well as son Anwar.
