Former Real Housewives of Potomac star Mia Thornton always had a gift for crafting a storyline.
And although her time on Bravo may have come to an endit looks like Mia is still as creative as ever. Called an influencer Sophie O’Neil claimed the former reality star super imposed herself on an old photo she posted. She first directly addressed Mia’s comments and asked her to delete the photo before claiming she had been blocked by her in retaliation. Mia has since deleted the original photo, although as ‘proof’ she followed up with another in the same dress while sitting in a restaurant.
“Never needed influence,” she captioned the photo. “My name has enough weight in itself. Let me guess: what is her name, there is also a photo in the restaurant.”
The influencer didn’t have a photo in a restaurant, but she did; however, upload a video of herself in the dress, with the same bag and shoes while listening to music in a bathroom. Many people applauded her in the comments for posting her receipts when Mia took to her page with claims that she was being talked about while making money on social media, seemingly contradicting AI’s accusations.
“Two seasons outside Potomac…” Mia wrote. “You’re still talking about me. I’m busy adding thousands to my results with AI. We’re not the same.”
Well, okay. In the meantime, several other reality stars have jumped on the trend and posted their own AI videos in Sophie’s bodycon get-up.
Real Housewives of Atlanta O.G Sheree Whitfield joined in the fun along with Mia’s former castmate Karen Huger who posted a photo to her Instagram stories. Basketball women star Tami Roman made one herself when she was a former Love and hip hop cast member Zell Swag will never pass up an opportunity to get a little attention.
One thing’s for sure: Sophie seems to have gained a few new followers from the whole debacle, without being sure that Mia planned it that way. AI makes the girls play strange games.
