Kelly Dodd denies wrongdoing in a misdemeanor case involving alleged revenge porn and assault.

“What TMZ is alleging is complete and utter nonsense,” Kelly said. “The district attorney didn’t suggest that at all.”
Kelly later dismissed the idea that he had secretly recorded or captured sexual images.
“That he had taken pornographic photographs of someone having sex. That’s not even what happened. Not at all,” he said. “And I’m not going to plead guilty.”
Kelly believes the case won’t stick, adding, “I know my attorney said these charges will be dismissed.”
Lewis said he understood Kelly did not record anyone without their consent or take photographs without consent, and then asked whether the image in question could have been sent to him by someone else. Kelly didn’t respond.
“This is crazy,” Kelly added. “How does this nonsense happen to me, in the strangest way. I don’t understand.”
