The reality TV favorite and her current husband apparently kept the secret under wraps for months, and it paid off in a big way. Speak with People On Wednesday, JWoww explained their take on the celebration:

“We envisioned a small, meaningful celebration focused on the people who matter most to us. We weren’t interested in organizing the biggest wedding possible. We wanted to share an unforgettable moment with our closest family and friends. The goal was to create memories, not create a production.”

And it sounds like that’s exactly what they accomplished!!

The bride continued:

“More than anything, we wanted the day to feel authentic to us. The element of surprise, the focus on family and the intimate guest list all allowed us to create something personal and meaningful.”

The festivities took place at Madison Modern Social in Old Bridge, New Jersey. The guests were greeted by the local mayor, who doubled as an officiant and unveiled the surprise wedding once everyone had arrived. Can you imagine the reactions?!

The couple even admitted that the reveal itself was one of the things they were most looking forward to:

“We kept this a secret for months, making invitations, planning details about the movie’s theme, and building up the surprise. Watching our family and friends forget that they were going to a special screening for Babysitter Cam realizing that they are actually at our wedding will be a moment we will never forget.

Instead of a traditional aisle walk, both newlyweds made a memorable entrance of their own. Bag, a huge one James Bond fan, introduced to music by Casino Royalwhile JWoww chose Lana Del Rey‘S Young and beautiful as a tribute to her best friend Nicole ‘Snooki’ Polizzi.

The event was also packed with personal touches! Ruby red, rose gold accents, candlelight and romantic floral arrangements created a dramatic fairytale atmosphere.

JWoww described the inspiration behind it all:

“The overall inspiration was modern Beauty and the Beast fairy tale with a dark, romantic twist. Ruby became the thread that connected everything. From my ruby ring and Zack’s new rose gold wedding band with rubies, to our color palette and the gifts we incorporated for our children, the ruby represented love, family and the next chapter of our story.”

One of the best parts of the celebration was the couple’s commitment to making sure their children felt included.

JWoww shares daughter Meilani and son Greyson with ex-husband Roger Mathewsand she and Zack wanted the day to be about the whole family, as they shared:

“This wedding is about our family, not just the two of us. We wanted this day to celebrate not only our love story, but also the family we have built together over the past seven years.”

The couple, who got engaged on top of the Empire State Building exchanged a combination of traditional and handwritten vows in 2021 on a date that holds special significance between their anniversaries. Looking back on the day, they shared:

“We wanted the day to feel personal, memorable and full of joy, and there is something very special about sharing such a meaningful surprise with the people we love most.”

As to why it was so easy to say yes, JWoww had a simple explanation:

“Zack has always loved me just the way I am. He is supportive, patient and puts family first.”

And Zack clearly feels just as happy as he says:

“I love Jenni’s bold confidence and ambition in life, but also the humorous and softer side that she almost exclusively shows to me!”

The celebration also included non-stop dancing, snacks and drinks and a beautiful multi-tiered wedding cake decorated with deep red roses, in keeping with the darkly romantic theme of the event, the happy couple said. And now the newlyweds are preparing to start married life with a trip to Italy and Switzerland together with close friends.

I love it!!

What a fun, creative and truly heartfelt way to tie the knot! Congratulations to the happy couple!
