Michael Rubin’s annual White Party has become one of the most exclusive invitations in sports and entertainment, and according to a new report, not even $2 million is enough to secure a spot.
The CEO of Fanatics reportedly turned down an extraordinary offer from someone hoping to gain invite-only access to the event, reinforcing the idea that some experiences simply can’t be bought, regardless of price.
The massive offer was reportedly rejected
According The California PostSources close to hotel entrepreneur Will Makris claimed that a member of Makris’s exclusive Zero Bond social club offered $2 million for two invitations to Rubin’s famous White Party.
The proposal reportedly included entry for the individual and one guest.
Despite the staggering amount of money on the table, the request was allegedly rejected without serious consideration.
A source reportedly described the offer as something organizers laughed off, saying that attendance at Rubin’s annual celebration is truly “something money can’t buy.”

One of the most exclusive guest lists in the world
Rubin’s White Party has earned a reputation for being one of the most difficult invitations to obtain.
Each year, only about 375 guests are reportedly invited to his sprawling Hamptons estate, where celebrities, athletes, musicians and business leaders gather for an all-white themed celebration.
Past attendees include Tom Brady, Kim Kardashian, Drake, Livvy Dunne, Kendall Jenner, Travis Scott, Derek Jeter, Odell Beckham Jr. and Rob Gronkowski, among many others.
The exclusivity has only increased the mystique of the event, making the invitations among the most coveted in celebrity circles.
Adjusted event calendar this year
The annual celebration usually coincides with the Fourth of July weekend.
This year, however, the party was reportedly moved to July 1 to avoid scheduling conflicts with other major events, including Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding festivities, as well as the UFC White House event that had originally been planned around Independence Day.
Guests are reportedly expected to start arriving in the Hamptons on June 30, when Rubin plans to host a barbecue before the main celebration.
The White Party is expected to start at 5pm on July 1 and continue until 6am the next day.

Busy summer ahead for Rubin
Even after hosting one of the biggest celebrity gatherings of the year, Rubin won’t have much time to slow down.
Just a few weeks later, he will oversee Fanatics Fest in New York City, an event expected to feature appearances by sports superstars like LeBron James, Aaron Judge and Joe Burrow.
The festival has quickly become one of the highlight events on the sporting business calendar.
