The eldest son of The Real Housewives of Atlanta Star NeNe Leakes is back in jail in Georgia.
According to jail records, 36 years old. Bryant Bryant was booked in Gwinnett County, Georgia, on May 1, 2026. His charges include failure to pay child support, violation of probation, and failure to appear. His new mugshot is included above.
Bryson is still in custody with his total bond for the three offenses set at $27,335.00.
All of Bryson’s charges stem from two different cases originally filed in 2024. Erin Davis (aka Symone Davis) filed a contempt motion for unpaid child support regarding her and Bryson’s son, Blaze, in February 2024. It appears she has yet to pay.
Bryson was on probation due to a 2024 arrest for possession of fentanyl and lying to police. The latter charge stemmed from Bryson reportedly giving police his brother’s name (Brent Leakes) when asked.
Bryson reached a plea deal that resulted in the drug charge being dropped. He was placed on probation for 12 months starting in May 2024. According to TMZThere weren’t many parole stipulations that Bryson didn’t violate:
TMZ obtained court documents filed on June 2 … where prosecutors claimed Bryson violated numerous terms of his 2024 probation, including failing to appear since sentencing, complete a substance abuse evaluation, perform his community service and fail to make any fine payments.
Court records indicate that a committal order for a detention center work release program was issued on June 12 for Bryson Bryant.
