Milania Giudice has hired a powerful New Jersey defense attorney to handle her domestic violence case following a alleged incident in May.
Following the news that Milania, the 20-year-old daughter of Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice54 years old, had been taken into custody and accused of assault, requested the help of Alan Kraminsky of Kraminsky Law, which has handled several high-profile cases in the area.
The US Sun confirmed the news on June 18.
According to the Bergen Registry and New Jersey.comrespectively, the attorney represented a man accused of recording children with a hidden camera at a martial arts studio and a daycare employee who allegedly injured an 11-month-old baby.
After Milania was arrested by Montville Township Police and charged with simple assault and intentionally or knowingly causing bodily injury, rumors began to circulate regarding who could have been hurt.
“The first question everyone asked was: ‘Was it (Luis Ruelas)?’” said a source Rob Shuter‘s Naughty but nice last week. “It’s very controversial, so that’s where the speculation immediately went.”
“No one knows who was allegedly injured, but a lot of people assumed he might be involved,” the source continued. “Everyone thinks it’s Luis. The secrecy is generating more questions than answers.”
Another source said reality ad that Milania was “going to one of his sisters.”
“Luis got in to try to stop/calm her and had to hold her down.”
Milania is waiting for an upcoming court date.
