Wiz Khalifa is going viral for his parenting advice after his son called him to tell him a boy was trying to fight him.
On Friday (June 19), Wiz Khalifa was live stream on Twitch when his 13-year-old son, Sebastian “Bash” Thomaz, called him about an important matter. Apparently another boy was trying to fight him at the mall.
Wiz offered his son some good advice on how to de-escalate and protect himself, but more importantly, he encouraged him to avoid confrontation whenever possible.
“No, don’t do that, brother. Don’t fight,” he told Bash. “De-escalate the situation and, if necessary, protect yourself, but don’t put yourself in a situation where you know something like this is going to happen.”
Wiz’s audience heard the entire conversation because he didn’t mute the broadcast. But the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania rapper said in his conversation that he doesn’t care if people cut the moment short or criticize his parenting skills.
“That’s my damn son, he’s my responsibility, he’s not yours, so… EMD (eat my cock),” he stated before laughing out loud.
However, people on social media gave Wiz a thumbs up for his parenting advice.
“Smart parenting advice. You’re doing great having your kid call you for something like this,” one fan wrote.
A second person chimed in and wrote, “This is top-notch parenting as a dad.”
A third fan commented: “Having a young father with some common sense has to be a blessing when as teenagers they seem so close to each other.”
