The drama has spread beyond the walls of the villa with ousted islander Robyn Langton delivering a scathing assessment of one of her former co-stars.

Dumped islander Robyn Langton names the girl she trusts love island For the wrong reasons.
The 21-year-old became the first of the 2026 cast members to be sent off in a shock eviction last week. Her departure from the show came shortly after the only boy she was interested in, George Knight, Had to leave the show early Due to family emergency.
While she has left the ITV2 villa behind, she appeared in the latest episode Spin-off show The Debrief To discuss their Love Island experience and the latest goings on from the main show.
During the episode airing on Monday night (June 15), Robyn took aim at one of her former co-stars, revealing that she didn’t believe they actually came to the show to find love.
“Do you think someone is there for the wrong reason?” asked show co-host and former Love Island runner-up Shakira Khan.
“Yeah, I do, but it’s one of the girls and I like girls,” Robin started. “This is Priya (Jaswal).”
“It’s just superfans giving. And I like her as a person, she’s a sweet girl and we really got on, but I really think you can recognize people who aren’t in it for the right reasons. And I think obviously even with the most recent episodes she’s changing from one guy to another now.
“I think that’s what you have to do there, I completely understand I’ve been in that situation myself, but I think she just needs to stay in her lane now. I think she just wants a little bit of everyone’s company.”
She added, “I think she’s doing too much, I think she knows there are cameras and you need time, and you have to do what you have to do. Listen, nothing against her if that’s your feeling… but I don’t know if I would say she’s in it for the right reasons. I think it’s giving off superfan vibes.”
In a previous interview posted on the official Love Island TikTok, Robin accused an unnamed islander of being “in it for the influence”. She also referred to the person as a “superfan”, which means it’s more likely that it was actually Priya she was discussing there as well.
Priya has been ruffling feathers in the pursuit of a number of different Islanders in recent episodes, after her partner Lorenzo Alessi announced that Yasmin Hadlow was his number one priority in the villa.
While Yasmin and Lorenzo shared a kiss last night, Lorenzo and Priya will lock lips tonight in a secret kiss that will not go over well with the group.
When Priya revealed that she had kissed Lorenzo shortly after kissing Yasmin on the same day, Lola Deal accused her of being “insensitive” and having “double standards”. Fans will remember that Priya refused to kiss Tommy Murphy on the grounds that she had already locked lips with Eli Chadwick earlier in the day.
Love Island airs Sunday to Friday at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.
