Jessie Nelson’s sister gives her perspective on ex little Mix Starr’s experiences following a recent interview were described by bandmate Perry Edwards as “difficult”. In the podcast interview, Perry was seen saying that it is unlikely that she and Jesse will reunite in the future.
Speaking to Jamie Lang on his Great Companies Podcast, Perry expressed that she is hurt While Jessie would publicly say in interviews that she “wasn’t supported”, the mother of two believed she had “tried everything” to be with her friend during his final months in the band.
Since the interview clip was released on social media today, Jesy’s sister Jade Nelson has now come to his defense as she is fed up with the “lies and accusations.” According to the report, Jade took to Instagram to share her thoughts about how her sister went through “hell.” mirror.
She wrote, “People say be the bigger person in life, keep quiet, but really sometimes it doesn’t help. I have watched my sister go through hell for many years and very few people will ever understand what it’s like to be harassed, bullied and pulled down for the way you look.”

“It’s really easy to say just ignore it, but until you’re in that situation yourself you’ll never know what impact it will have on them.” jessie Left Little Mix in December 2020, citing pressure from the band affecting his mental health.
Jade added: “But I think when you try to end your life not once, but twice it shows that you’re in a dark place and yes, there were times when that happened with a lack of support.
“As far as not taking accountability, that’s really all she did, she totally knows she worked hard. She totally knows it was hard to deal with, but during all of this if anyone else was struggling with breakups, anxiety, life, she was there! Isn’t that how you do that as friends or if you love someone?”

Revealing on the show that he had not seen his bandmates for five years, he confessed that he had not ruled out the possibility of a future reunion. However, Perry’s recent comments have dashed any hopes Little Mix fans may have had.
talking to jamie On the podcast, Perry confessed: “The thing that bothers me the most is, and again I have to be careful how I say this because I don’t want to look like a **** anymore, but the thing that bothers me the most is when the other person doesn’t take any accountability, my blood boils!
“I’m not blaming you for everything, I’m not saying he’s a bullshit monster and everything was his fault blah, blah, blah, but take some accountability for your actions and realize you were tough, you had tough moments.”
Reflecting on Jessie’s last months in the band, Perry said that she probably “could have done more”, but at the time she felt what she was doing was enough. She said it’s also a struggle when the person you’re trying to console doesn’t see the love you’re trying to give them.
When asked if there was any possibility of the pair rekindling their friendship, Perry replied: “If I’m being completely transparent, a part of me wanted that up until the documentary and then a part of me backed off again.”
She explained: “That’s the thing, I’m not a horrible person, I don’t have a band bone in my body but I can bite you. I can cut you out of my life like this, if you bother me and hurt me in a way that there’s really no going back.
“I don’t have the capacity for someone like that in my life anymore and it may make me feel like a b****, but I don’t have the energy for that and as much as I will always love her, I don’t think I can hack that energy into my own zone.”
