Meghan Markle continues to spark conversations about his return to the UK.
The Duchess of Sussex, who became part of the British royal family when she married prince harryShe has been away from her in-laws for years.
Now Prince Harry reportedly has a chance to reconcile. However, Meghan Markle’s presence could change the narrative.

Royal commentator Amanda Matta recently weighed in on the potential impacts of Meghan’s participation in the reconciliation talks. She believed that the Duchess’s presence would “certainly add symbolic weight to any gathering.”
Matta argued that Meghan accompanying Harry to the United Kingdom or any reunion with his family “would be a signal to the public that any effort to rebuild relationships extends to the Sussex family as a whole.”
Matta said Page six that he did not believe Meghan’s presence at Prince Harry and King Charles’ meeting would make their reconciliation “easier or more difficult.” Their involvement should not be overlooked, however, with the royal commentator saying:
“It just changes the stakes. The challenge of reconciliation has never been about one person; it has been about rebuilding trust across the board.”
The presence of the duchess at the reconciliation meetings has not been confirmed

Matta noted that Meghan’s presence at any meeting between Harry and his family has not been confirmed. But he claimed the duchess’s relationship with King Charles “has always been somewhat different to Harry’s”, and records show a friendly bond in the past.
According to the royal commentator, there were signs that Charles made efforts to welcome Meghan into the Royal Family before she stepped back in recent years. Matta saw the indications as an acknowledgment that Harry’s problems with his family were responsible for “the Sussexes’ ongoing tensions with the royals.”
Matta backed up his claims with the Duke’s previous statements, noting that the issues he has raised about the press invasion of his privacy and the “emotionally suffocating palace atmosphere, existed and were eating away at Harry before he even met Meghan.”

The “Off With Their Headlines” podcast co-host believed the “frenzy” over the Sussexes’ strained relationship with the Royal Family has subsided significantly since his last appearance in the UK. Matta noted that the public was well aware of their complicated relationship, making it essential for better management.
Matta explained that the Palace needed to manage media coverage of Harry and Meghan’s return, so that the public did not receive conflicting signals. He claimed that suggestions of a reconciliation coupled with reports of continued or renewed bad blood would not look good for the monarchy, saying:
“It would reinforce the impression that the royal family is still dealing with unresolved issues behind the scenes, that they cannot get their act together.”
Experts say the former actress may not receive a warm welcome

While Matta speculated that public interest in the Sussexes’ estranged relationship with the royals has died down, other experts disagree. The explosion covered the story, reporting that royal commentator Phil Dampier believed Harry and Meghan might not be well received.
Dampier claimed that some people in the United Kingdom still blame the “Suits” alum for her husband’s estrangement from their family. These critics, according to the royal commentator’s belief, could cause unpredictable scenarios if they encountered the couple in public.
On the other hand, Dampier noted that the Sussexes were “on safe ground at the Invictus Games event as the military and their families” were less hostile. He stated that this group had favorable opinions of Harry and Meghan due to their long involvement in the organization.
Meghan Markle Reportedly Has Chance to Meet King Charles

Talk of Meghan’s return to the UK continued, with royal biographer Hugo Vickers dropping further claims of a possible reconciliation. The explosion reported that Vickers claimed that the king would not object to reuniting with his estranged daughter-in-law.
Vickers noted that Charles never closed the door on reconciling with Meghan, but other sources shared that any reunion would take place out of public view. Another reason the monarch was supposedly interested in a meeting was because of his grandchildren.
The king reportedly prioritized meeting Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, as he has only met his grandson a handful of times and his granddaughter only once. The royal biographer added that Charles was equally eager to repair his ties with Harry.
