UPDATE: So, this was all over social media and I was fooled – it’s fake and fan-made. My bad. I apologize.
This week, Prince Harry was named as one of the Time Magazine’s Most Influential People in Sports. He made the list of “leaders” for the founding of the Invictus Games, and Time’s profile of Harry was wonderful. It also included new comments directly from Harry. I wondered if Time would release a different cover for this TIME100 Sports issue, other than the one featuring LeBron James. And look at that – Harry’s got a special cover!! He also used a lovely photo of her.
When I tell you how the royals are furious about all this… Oh my god. They’re so crazy about it that they can barely accept it. Richard Eden of The Mail Used your column this week To the left’s credit for supporting Invictus. Other royalists are still trying to say that Invictus is bad, for reasons, actually! The rest are carrying on with business as usual – Harry is unpopular and broke! she got married! He’s begging his brother for forgiveness! Their alternate reality is getting smaller as the walls are closing in.
As we previously discussed, the mood is that Prince Harry will probably travel to the UK next month without Meghan and the kids. I believe, as I believe, that he probably hoped that his father would invite the family of four for a private visit, so that Charles could see how his grandchildren were growing up. It does not appear that Charles invited him. So, it is what it is. Remember when Buckingham Palace courtiers made an uproar over how Harry “refused” to bring the king’s grandchildren. Charles did not invite him.
PS… Here’s the actual Time Mag Instagram post.
