Dorit Kemsley revealed how she plans to handle her relationship with her Kyle Richards moving forward – after you recently ‘liked’ a post called her a “hypocrite.” The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star also shared that her new memoir, Unburdenedbecame a New York Times bestseller.
The past two years, Dorit and Kyle have been arguing constantly. Recently, Dorit approved a fan post accusing Kyle of being a “hypocrite” for allegedly hiding her relationship with her Morgan Wade (while expecting her castmates to be honest).
On Let’s talk off cameratold Dorit how she would like to handle her and Kyle’s friendship in the future.
“I have a lot of hope,” Dorit said. “I’d like to see Kyle and I be able to get to a place where we can, you know, really put our differences aside or talk them out, whatever. … I thought we were in that place (going into the season). I think … if both people want to, there’s always room to make up and make things better.”
Around the same time, Dorit announced that her new book is “officially a New York Times Bestseller.”
“Even writing those words feels surreal,” she said in her Instagram subtitles. “This is one of the greatest honors of my life, and a moment I will never, ever forget. When I started writing this book, I promised myself that I would tell the truth, the beautiful parts, the painful parts and everything in between. I poured my heart into these pages and hoped that my story would connect with others in a meaningful way.”
“To see it embraced in this way is beyond anything I could have imagined,” she added. “This moment belongs to so many people. To everyone who believed in me, encouraged me, championed this book, shared it, donated it, posted about it, came to book signings, listened to the audiobook, and recommended it to a friend: thank you. To everyone who chose to give their time to my story, thank you from the bottom of my heart.”
She also thanked fans who reached out and shared that the book “made you feel seen.”
“I am deeply grateful, incredibly humbled and aware that these types of achievements never happen alone,” she continued. “I will carry this moment with me forever. What an extraordinary blessing it is to be able to share it with all of you. Thank you for helping me make this dream a reality.”
