Ciara Miller will reportedly become the face of Summer House as Bravo prepares to shake up the cast following a chaotic postseason scandal.
The American sun reports that producers are building the next season around Ciara, 30, when filming resumes in July in the Hamptons. The decision comes after Amanda Batula’s relationship with West Wilson, Ciara’s ex, nearly destroyed the show’s closest friendships.
“The producers are betting everything on Ciara,” the insider said. “Whatever Ciara wants, she will get to come back, so count on her to lead the charge next season.”
The source also said that Bravo sees Ciara as “the star of the show and the future of the franchise.”
Amanda will reportedly return in a smaller role.
“Amanda is expected to return in a more limited role,” the source said, adding that Ciara is open to filming some scenes with her in front of the public.
West is reportedly leaving after criticism of his relationship with Amanda. Kyle Cooke, Amanda’s ex, has already said he won’t be returning for another full season as he focuses on Loverboy and life outside the Bravo house, but he seemed to walk this one back, claiming he was emotional at the time.
