A clip from the season 11 reunion of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Garcelle Beauvais calling Lisa Rinna The comment about not including race on the show has resurfaced when Garcelle discussed it in an interview recent interview.

In the clip, Garcelle tells Lisa that someone told her that “you said I should never have taken it race in this show, that this show isn’t that kind of show. And that bothered me enormously.”

Lisa denied the accusation and insisted that Garcelle should have come to her to talk about it.

Later, Lisa repeated that she would “never” say that, to which Garcelle said she didn’t know.

“Garcelle, you’re targeting me, and I want to know why,” Lisa then said.

Although she denied targeting Lisa, Garcelle insisted that when she heard the racing fuss it “really pissed her off.”

“So why didn’t you come to me and say, ‘Rinna, what are you doing?'” Lisa asked.

“So you’re going to blame me for something that… because I’m angry about something?” Garcelle replied.

Lisa remained curious and said she wanted to know why Garcelle was so “mean” to her all season.

While Garcelle kept hammering home the point that the “race thing” was bothering her, Lisa kept swearing she never said it, and asked who told her that.

I’m not saying a word about that,” Garcelle replied. “But I did get a few texts.”

Garcelle later asked Lisa why this “rattled” her so much, and Lisa said it was because Garcelle was “so stupid” to her all season.

“You’re not being honest about why,” she added. “That’s not why you were so stupid to me. Why were you so like that?”

Garcelle admitted that this was because she didn’t “trust” Lisa.

“Okay, here we go!” Lisa exclaimed. “Then let’s go there!”

“I already said that,” Garcelle fired back as the clip came to an end.

Garcelle recently appeared on SiriusXM’s The Julia Cunningham Showand she discussed how the request to keep racial topics out of the show made her feel like there was an attempt to deny her and her experience.

“I didn’t think about running away at the time, but I was very surprised by that because I show up and my race shows up on me, and if this is really the reality, don’t you want to see my reality too?” said Garcelle. “We need, you know, black power. That’s not who I am, but at the same time you can’t deny who I am and what I bring and my experience.”

“That was a difficult task, to be honest,” she noted.
