“Why? Lots of reasons!” she explained. “The biggest reason I have I had to work my ass offOh get to where I am today. ‘Sure, having that youthful body where you don’t have to do much and you stay ‘thin’ was nice, but the woman I am today amazes 23-year-old Jess.’

In the first photo, Decker first posed in a green sports bra and coral shorts, holding a paddle racket. In the second photo, she showed off her abs and toned arms in a yellow bikini while lifting weights.

The singer continued, “There’s something about working and earning an income that’s even better, especially after having kids over time and working so hard on my body! My goal has always been to be strong and toned (not skinny).”

Jessie James Decker opens up about her struggle to embrace her postpartum body. “This video is as raw and real as it gets,” Decker, 38, captioned a reel of her physical transformation via Instagram on Sunday, June 14. “I was eager to share but it’s done.” “I’ve always been naturally small, fit, can eat (…)

Decker ended her post by promoting her 21-day summer challenge, JJD Fit. “True resilience is making your body stronger and more energetic! My 21 Day Challenge is only 3 weeks! All you need to do is get started! I’m living proof that you can do it!”

The Kittenish founder previously opened up about not being able to recognize herself after gaining 55 pounds during each of her four pregnancies. (Jesse SHorse Vivian, Eric Jr., 12, Forrest, 8, and Denver, 2, with husband eric decker.)

“I’ve always been naturally slim, fit, able to eat whatever I want and live like a fit girl,” she wrote via Instagram earlier this week. “So when I got pregnant and I gained more than 55 pounds almost every time, and it didn’t magically go off after that, I learned fast that I really had to make a real effort and work hard to get back to where I wanted to be.”

Jessie admitted that she felt “uncomfortable” in her clothes so she decided to take action. “I know what it’s like to be stuck in work day after day, wondering if it’s ever going to happen, and feeling completely lost. I’ve had to do it four different times over a decade. But settling has never been something I do very well.”

She found motivation and success by starting a group chat with her sister, mom, and best friend, where they encouraged each other to keep working and pushing through even the “hard” days.
