Summer House Reunion 3 Recap: West and Amanda reveal they're not in love while West admits Meija thought they were in an exclusive relationship, Ciara says West is with Amanda to

We think about the third part of the Summer house The reunion would put an end to the madness of the Amanda Batula and Wilson West dizzying relationship. But it doesn’t really provide any clarity, other than West acknowledging that he’s terrible with women and Amanda claiming that he never cheated. kyle.

And while they’ve talked about the seriousness of their relationship (even though West has a girlfriend), Amanda and West have yet to drop the L-bomb. The big question, though, is, after knowing everything she knows about West now, why would Amanda stay with him?

As the lunch break ends, Ciara promises she’ll be texting Meija MorenoWest’s ex (this title is still unclear and varies depending on who you ask). Before everyone returns to the set, Outer wall She asks Amanda to come sit with her. Bailey explains that she is worried about Amanda and claims that she doesn’t trust West at all. Amanda states that “maybe this is a big mistake” and that “it’s hard to explain yourself when no one is listening.” I really thought about THIS…

Andy he wants to “leave it all on the table” and asks West how things got to where they are today with Amanda. West explains that they started hanging out a lot in February and March, since he shares mutual friends with Amanda. He loved seeing Amanda having fun and it was “special” to be able to see her so happy. From there they began to spend more time together.

Amanda adds that there was one night when West said, “Am I crazy? Is there something here?” However, Amanda and West deny having had any kind of affair this summer, although it’s hard to believe them considering how much they’ve lied about. Ciara says the duo is calculated.

Missing in action says that after watching the last few episodes it felt like something definitely happened over the summer, especially after Kyle and Carlos struggle. Amanda ran into West’s arms and cried as he kissed her on the head. Strange. On another occasion that same night, West grabbed Amanda close to his chest. Strange, again.

Mia explains that everyone looked at Amanda as the victim and West claims that he wasn’t in love with her at the time. Amanda claims it’s frustrating since she’s not a cheater, but Lindsay he wonders if an emotional affair was developing.

West finally admits that he DID become closer to Amanda this summer, which might explain why when Amanda yelled at West (to supposedly protect Ciara?) it now seems like she was simply jealous of West’s flirtatious behavior with another girl.

Kyle wonders about the timeline. It had only been two weeks since they broke up for the Super Bowl and one of West’s close friends, Brianna “fried chicken,“he said that West told him he already had something with Amanda. Kyle has even been sent a text saying that West and Amanda go back to the year 2025. They both promise that there was NO affair, emotional or physical, before the statement.

Mia wonders if Amanda and West showed up because of speculation and not out of fear of damaging her friendship with Ciara. Amanda apologizes to Ciara again.

West admits that he was not the clearest with Meija and I told her that it was not a exclusive relationship…yet, he sent her flowers on Valentine’s Day. It is evident that West’s “style” is not to be clear with the women he dates.

Speaking of Meija, Ciara explains that she’s talked to this ex, who West claims was apparently NOT exclusive with. Ciara knows that West was saying “I love you” to Meija, so West can’t even look at Ciara while he lies. Amanda says she had some of this information and claims that nothing happened between them around Valentine’s Day, so why should he care?

West denies that Meija was his girlfriend, but SHE thought They were in an exclusive relationship…aka girlfriend. This seems like news to Amanda. Jesse He explains that he met Meija and admits that he always thought Meija knew he wasn’t exclusive. Jesse gets angry and says that “the sanctity of the friend group feels broken” and he is sad about it.

At the Après Ski party, West declared that he didn’t want to be anyone’s girlfriend… which is interesting considering West explains that since the declaration, he is now in a monogamous relationship with Amanda. Kyle gets very angry when he hears this. West feels pressure to make this relationship work and Andy points out that this is dangerous because West is someone who has serious commitment issues.

Kyle says it was an “eye-opening” learning about West’s afterlife. Amanda is at a vulnerable point after a ten-year relationship and West has now isolated Amanda. Kyle wants to know what the plan is for Amanda and wonders if it’s all worth it now.

West wishes he had talked to Kyle before things got out of hand, but Kyle points out that he feels like a fool because he was texting West about their sex life while West was away with Amanda. West understands how everyone might feel like he’s the worst, but he doesn’t do anything to prove them wrong.

West says this was out of his control and regrets not talking to Kyle before it happened. However, it WAS under his control the entire time. Ciara reminds Amanda that her posts seemed pretty insensitive and Andy tells Amanda that this seems like a betrayal of a friend, especially after Ciara gave him all this advice over the summer to get out of their relationship.

Amanda finally claims that she “did something really shitty” and calls it a confusing and crazy time in her life. Amanda developed feelings for someone she wasn’t supposed to feel in a way she didn’t expect. She claims she didn’t eat or sleep, worried about their friendship, and it kills Amanda to know she hurt Ciara so deeply. But Ciara doesn’t believe it. Ciara thinks West wants to embarrass her and is with Amanda to “anger” Ciara.

“He propositioned you and you were like, ‘Yeah, let’s do it.’ Like, if you were my friend, you’d be like, ‘That would be a big fuck for Ciara.’ ‘Why would he do that to her?’ If anything, you would say, ‘He wants to get back at her because it bothers him so much.’ But that didn’t even cross your mind because he wants to embarrass me. He wants to have his last little word. This is his last little word and I hope it works because he is with you to annoy me. So have fun,” Ciara told Amanda.

He last episode It’s been the hardest thing for Ciara to watch, particularly when Ciara said goodbye to Amanda. Amanda sits listening stoically as Ciara chokes up describing this bittersweet moment.

Ciara doesn’t regret telling Amanda to believe in herself and Amanda claims that she appreciates Ciara. He knows he ruined an “incredible friendship and it’s something he will live with for the rest of his life.” Amanda goes on to say that Ciara doesn’t deserve a friend like her.

Amanda was willing to say “fuck it,” making Ciara’s friendship seem disposable. As this unfolds, Jesse is now “a mess” because he feels like he’s losing a brother. He reminds West that things aren’t looking good for him right now. West is responsible for this friendship breakup, and as everyone around him becomes emotional, he remains calm.

Even Andy can’t help but ask West if he’s taking a lot of beta blockers*. West admits to taking a beta blocker, and while it’s not emotional enough for the group, he’s upset too.

*Ciara’s recent post points out that beta blockers don’t stop a person from being emotional…so maybe West is just a robot?

Amanda and West admit they’re not in love yet and West says they don’t use the word. love because it’s very early, but he’s committed to the relationship. Amanda admits that they have had conversations about the seriousness of their exclusive relationship. Carl is horrified that West is dating four different girls and his former best friend, so why would Amanda want to stay with him?

It seems that West is already over his relationship with Amanda, as he wants to return to the early days of their time together. He claims that he cares a lot about the friendships within the group, but no one believes him.

During a break, West tells Andy that he feels terrible and Kyle realizes that there will be no resolution for today. Amanda grabs Kyle for a big hug and West can barely stand to look at that hug…in fact, he goes back to his phone.

Lindsay returns to the set claiming that there is not much clarity in this meeting. Lindsay calls West the manipulator and feels this is very shortsighted of him.

Based on their reactions, it’s clear that Kyle still cares about Amanda. Kyle isn’t sure where to go from here and admits that he never thought Amanda and West would ever exist. Ciara calls this reunion cathartic because now she can move on with her life.

To end on a lighter note, Ciara helped raise over $160,000.00 for a Girl Scout troop and that’s something worth celebrating. In honor of Ciara’s big fundraiser, they receive some Girl Scout cookies, but not before Amanda scolds West for eating them before the toast.

This was the most fun season to watch, but certainly not the funniest reunion. And just when you think you’ve seen the end of this team… there’s a bonus episode next week. Summer House: The Aftermath. Let’s see how Amanda feels about their “relationship” now…
